Easy Returns
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. Our goal is to make returns simple and stress-free.
 
• Returns accepted for store credit only
• 14-day return window from the date of purchase
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached
 
Even exchanges may be possible but are not guaranteed due to limited stock.
 
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Accessories
• Special orders
• Final sale or clearance items
 
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your item is defective, please contact us within 3 business days so we can assist you promptly.
 
Return Requirements
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following apply:
• Item shows signs of wear (e.g., makeup, deodorant marks)
• Item is damaged after purchase
• Tags are removed
• Return is received after the 14-day window
 
Items that do not meet return requirements will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Notes:
• Customers may choose any shipping carrier
• Tracking and insurance are recommended
• Belle Dame Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
 
Refunds
We do not issue refunds to cash, card, gift card, or check.
All approved returns will receive store credit only.
